Age UK

In February 2015, we announced that we’d chosen Age UK as our strategic charity partner in the UK. We’re aiming to raise £1 million over the next two years, to provide vital health and wellbeing support to thousands of older people across the UK.

Our purpose of longer, healthier, happier lives resonates with Age UK and its vision, which is why we’re working in partnership to help more people to love later life. Together, through the funds that we raise, we’ll be transforming the health and wellbeing of thousands of older people today and encouraging many more to ‘live to 100 and love it’ in the future.

Funds raised through our partnership will enable Age UK, through its network of national and local partners, to deliver a national wellness programme of activities, support, information and advice to empower older people to live well and age well. The funding will go towards Information and Advice services, Age UK’s Call in Time telephone friendship service where Bupa people will have opportunities to volunteer and a number of local wellness programmes such as lunch clubs, exercise classes and befriending schemes through the Age UK network in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
