Bupa team challenges

From rebuilding orphanages to landscaping hospital gardens, Bupa employees will turn their hands to practically anything in the name of helping out in the community.

Since the creation of Community Connections in 2001, more than 2,000 of you have taken part in team challenges, helping to create a lasting impact on over 200 communities across the UK, including thousands of school children.

Staff and managers find team challenges extremely rewarding and they are often used to develop project management and presentation skills. Challenges are a great way to unite Bupa people and live up to the Bupa ethos of giving something back.
