Employers Forum on Disability

BUPA is a gold card member and funder of the Employers Forum on Disability (EFD). The main aims of the EFD are to help other organisations in recruiting and retaining disabled employees and also to serve disabled customers. As a member of the forum, BUPA is able to benefit from:

• an information helpline that helps employees to understand new employment legislation and best practice
• links to agencies and advisors who provide expert advice and support
• case law – a regular newsletter, legal update, and member-only employment tribunal case summaries

• practical help
