One Life Ideas and Awards
One Life Ideas
Do you have a bright idea that you think may help BUPA? If so, it may be eligible for the BUPA One Life scheme - you could even win a One Life Award!
We always welcome ideas or suggestions that could help us to achieve our business objectives. To enter the scheme, your idea must be an original idea that is not something that you would be expected to identify and solve as part of your job.
One Life Awards
One Life Awards are presented to BUPA people whose performance has exceeded their job expectations. You can be nominated for one of the following three levels of awards:
- Ambassador Award - these recognise service excellence at a local level
- Quarterly Excellence Awards - these are short-listed from the Ambassador Awards and are announced BUPA-wide
- Annual Excellence Awards - these are the highest of the One Life Awards and are presented to recognise excellence in service

Community Recognition
Community Connections and the One Life Ideas and Awards teams are working together to recognise BUPA Community Ambassadors. Community Ambassadors are BUPA employees who have contributed to Community Connections activities in their own local communities.
