Partners in Leadership

Several of the senior managers throughout BUPA are involved in developing one-to-one relationships with local school head teachers, with the aim of supporting the development of school management.

The head teachers benefit from learning new management techniques to help them with the running of their school, whilst the BUPA manager is provided with a valuable management development opportunity and a different perspective on leadership and management skills.
