Scope's Fast Track graduate development programme

BUPA supports the 'Fast Track' graduate development programme, set up by the charity Scope, for disabled people of graduate calibre. Graduates participating in the scheme are offered a 12-month contract of employment, which is comprised of two six month work placements.

As one of the partner organisations, BUPA provides work placement opportunities for graduates in a variety of departments throughout our business units. BUPA aims to accommodate the needs of the graduate and will place the participants in an area of the business that reflects their particular interests and experience.

Fast-Track has a 100% success rate of trainees finding suitable employment for the graduates after the programme.

Recruitment for Fast-Track takes place annually, commencing each February. The scheme is advertised in publications such as the Guardian, and on the Fast-Track website.
