At Bupa Care Homes we are always on the look out to expand our estate and are pleased to recognise effective introductions for the acquisition of suitable sites and buildings.

Our use has the advantage of being employment generating as well as being considered a community use and in some cases, accepted as social housing. Care homes are still permitted in housing moratorium areas. Traffic generation is also low with only 15-20 car park spaces required.
