• What is unipass and where do I get one?
Unipass® is a way of logging on to various Financial Services websites and portals using just one log in. It is unique to your PC and consists of a digital certificate held in a small encrypted file which is used to uniquely identify you.
• My agency number does not work – why?
There could be a variety of reasons, please contact the Intermediary Sales Centre on 0845 600 3122* to solve the problem.
• How many people within my company can use the online system?
Anyone can use the system as long as they are a regulated IFA.
• Can I share my user ID?
No, this must only be used by you.
• How available is the system?
The system is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
