Pipeline FAQ

• How does this operate?
All cases from the quotation stage to the application submitted stage to the terms offered stage will show up on your individual pipeline which you can monitor once you have logged on.

• How do I delete a case - NPW?
There is a tick box that you can select to delete a case, on selecting this box, you will be asked to confirm this by clicking the confirmation button.

• NPW in error - what do I do?
Please contact the Intermediary Sales Centre on 0845 600 3122*.

• Can I print pipeline reports?
No not at this stage
