The helpdesk aims to help you with any technical questions you may have about the Bupa Individual Protection online system.

• What are the opening times for the office?
The office is open from 9am to 5pm.

• Where do I phone for a technical query?

• Will I get my commission earlier?
Commission runs still occur every Friday on a weekly basis.

• Will I get my commission statement electronically?
This will depend on the agreement we have with your network (if you have one), please contact the Intermediary Sales Centre on 0845 600 3122*.

• What is your online web address?

• If I send paper, will I get a worse service?
No, we are very committed to both paper and online business.

• Who do I call with case based queries?

• Can I print off the online application in black & white?
The online application is not colour sensitive so you can either print in black and white or colour.

• Does this replace the sales contact?
No, we continue to be committed to face to face and telephone contact and believe it to be a very important element of the distribition process.

• Where is the helpdesk based – UK or overseas?
The Bupa Individual Protection helpdesk is a UK based operation and is based at our head office in Bristol.
