Bupa Liver Health

The Bupa Liver Health check aims to detect early signs of liver problems and disease.

Liver problems can be very hard to detect but if issues are caught early enough they can often be treated.

We use a scan to obtain an accurate picture of your liver’s health. Capable of spotting abnormalities before blood tests can, it checks for signs of fibrosis and cirrhosis which can result from lifestyle issues, metabolic syndrome and excessive alcohol intake.

The Bupa Liver Health check includes the following tests:

  • blood biochemistry profile
  • blood haematology profile
  • FibroScanTM of the liver

Duration: up to 60 minutes
Time with doctor: up to 30 minutes
