Bupa offers three types of flexible and affordable health cash plans that are designed to give your employees cash back towards everyday health costs. We offer a choice of options on how to offer the scheme - company-paid, part subsidised, employee-paid, or part of a flexible benefits package or tailored flexible schemes. As well as schemes to complement existing Private Medical Insurance cover.
