We offer a choice of options on how to offer the scheme - company-paid, part subsidised, employee-paid, or part of a flexible benefits package or tailored flexible schemes. As well as schemes to complement existing Health Insurance cover.

At Bupa Cash Plan we offer a range of voluntary schemes where employees can choose to opt-in and fund the scheme themselves. Subscriptions can be paid either via payroll deduction or via direct debit.
