Flexible health cover that puts you in control
Bupa Select offers company health insurance that can be tailored for a business of 2 to 250 employees. If you're looking to cover more than 250 employees view the details of health cover for large businesses.
Bupa Select core cover offers:

£1000 towards out-patient consultations, treatment and diagnostic tests, including £250 towards complementary medicine

full refund for in-patient and day-patient hospital charges and accommodation in a Bupa Partnership Network hospital.

Options that can reduce the cost include:

adding a policy excess - options of £100, £150, £200 and £500 are available and can be taken regardless of the cover you choose

reducing your out-patient benefit to £750, £500 or £250
- excluding psychiatric treatment
You can enhance your cover by:
- including cash benefits to provide contributions for everyday healthcare costs such as optical, dental and prescription charges.
- increasing benefits for out-patient treatment to £1500 or even a full refund
- removing the limit for complementary medicine on the £1000 out-patient benefit
- increasing the range of hospitals that are available under your cover
