Our company health insurance, Bupa Select, enables you to choose a health cover solution to fit your business. So the only features you pay for are the ones you need, plus join before 31 July 2012 to be eligible for a discount of up to 40%**.
Bupa Select offers company health insurance that can be tailored for a small business with as few as 2 employees to a large business with up to 250 employees. If you're looking to cover more than 250 employees please view the details of our corporate health insurance cover.
Here’s how Bupa Select works. It consists of an extensive core of health cover benefits with
a selection of options. These choices let you adjust your cover to suit your needs.

| Access to over 150 partnership network hospitals. |
| Out-patient cover - up to £1000 per person per year Covers the cost of eligible out-patient treatments such as consultations, X-rays and diagnostic tests (where the patient is treated and then goes home on the same day). |
| Day-patient cover - full refund Where the patient is treated and then goes home on the same day. |
| In-patient cover - full refund When a patient is required to stay in hospital overnight. This covers the cost of accommodation, treatment and consultants’ fees. |
| Extensive cancer cover - funding for cancer treatment at every stage. |
| Mental Health and Wellbeing - up to 45 days of Mental Health treatment¹ |
