Table of benefits

There are a total of eight levels of cover from which to choose:

• levels 1, 2 and 3 are for individuals and children are covered free, where level 3 gives the highest amount of cover


• levels 4 to 8 are for families only and children are covered free, where level 8 gives the highest amount of cover

Cover is provided by Bupa Insurance Limited. The personal accident cover is provided by a third party insurer, details available on request. Membership is subject to acceptance by Bupa. Terms and conditions apply (including exclusions, qualifying periods and benefit limits). Subscriptions may change from time to time.

Subscriptions are quoted inclusive of Insurance Premium Tax at the current rate. Bupa reserves the right to alter subscription rates at any time if the Government varies the rate of IPT.
