Dental insurance
Make dental health part of your business plan
Like many companies, the dental health of your staff is unlikely to form part of your business plan. However, time off work for dental treatment could be having an impact on the day-to-day running of your business.
The rising cost of dental treatment means that employees may be putting routine dental care on hold. Dental problems that go unchecked can lead to expensive dental treatment which may require more time off work and further disruption to work schedules.
Dental cover such as Bupa Dental Plan‡ and Bupa DentalChoice‡ are group schemes designed to help you take a more pro-active approach to the dental health of your staff. Both schemes offer excellent cover for dental treatment costs as well as contributions towards the cost of treatment for dental accidents² and emergency dental treatment both in the UK and abroad.
The Bupa Dental Plan scheme is suitable for all businesses, from small companies to large corporate groups, looking to make a valuable addition to their employee benefits package. The scheme offers immediate dental cover and up to £800† in annual benefit entitlement towards routine treatments.
Bupa DentalChoice is available to corporate groups covering 100 employees or more. Membership provides cover for preventative remedial and restorative treatment from any UK registered dentist and up to £10,000 for treatment of oral cancer¹. We also offer a 20 percent increase in benefit limits when members visit a Bupa accredited dental practice.
