Dealing with difficult people

This workshop equips individuals with the skills they need to deal with others’ difficult behaviours.

The ability to cope with difficult people and situations both internally and externally is important. If these situations aren’t managed effectively it can be a source of stress which, over time, can impact performance and morale.

During this workshop participants acquire basic counselling skills and how to understand and use them appropriately in their role at work.
