Bupa Positive Health is a completely confidential service managed on a secure, password-protected website. If employees leave their profiles open while they are away from their desk for more than 15 minutes, the system will automatically shut down to protect privacy. Bupa is responsible for the integrity of all data. No information or data disclosed by your employees will accessible to you (their employer), or any other company or organisation.

What happens when employees leave the company? Hide

When an employee leaves your company and your Bupa scheme, their data will be permanently removed and their account locked. Can Bupa offer support with promotional activity? Hide

With certain packages we can introduce Bupa Positive Health to your employees through on-site launches, motivational giveaways and incentives. Costs depend on the size of your company and the number of employees registered as Bupa Positive Health users. For more information, please speak to your Bupa Account Manager.

How can we measure the impact of the scheme on employees' health? Hide

Monitoring your company’s sickness absence records will give an indication of how much impact the scheme is having on the health of your employees. Line managers may also report an improvement in morale and productivity. Encouraging and incentivising your workforce to continue using Bupa Positive Health will help levels of health to improve and absence levels to decline.

Additionally, after three and nine months,** you can purchase a bespoke company report which will give you a clear indication of the overall health of your employees. It will show your workforce’s average score in the four key areas of nutrition, fitness, sleep and stress. You can choose to monitor these key findings over time to measure improvements and changes.

**Available only to companies with at least 50 registered Bupa Positive Health users who have taken the health and wellbeing assessment
