Bupa Cash Plan gives your employees the benefit of help towards everyday healthcare costs, with the added reassurance of cashback should they require in-patient or day-patient hospital treatment.


The key features of Bupa Cash Plan

Whichever level of cover you choose, all levels will enable your employees to claim cashback on some of the health care treatment and services they regularly use. These include:

  • 100% cashback towards dental and optical costs up to the chosen level of cover benefit limit
  • therapies – physiotherapy, osteopathy, acupuncture, homeopathy, chiropractic
  • up to 40 nights accommodation for employees who are admitted to hospital to receive treatment
  • up to 4 days cover for each hospital day-patient surgery admission
  • up to £12,000 personal accident cover1
  • maternity and adoption benefit
  • cover for dependant children** at no extra cost
  • option of adding face to face stress counselling†

Choosing the right cover for your business

You can choose to fund any level of cover, of any scheme, for any number of employees.

Bupa Cash Plan offers 8 levels of cover:

Cover for individual employees

including those with any child dependants

With Levels 1,2 or 3, where Level 3 offers the highest level of cover and includes cashback towards the cost of health screening.

Cover for your employees and their partners

or your employees their partners and any dependant children

With Levels 4 to 8, where Level 8 offers the highest level of cover and levels 7 and 8 includes cashback towards the cost of health screening (up to benefit limits).
