Built in the 1900s, Collingwood Grange has been converted and extended to offer a range of short- and long-term care. Set in a pretty, residential area of Camberley in Surrey, the home has three acres of landscaped gardens so there is plenty of outdoor space where our residents can relax on fine days.
Most rooms are single but we have some larger rooms that may be adapted to accommodate two people if required. Collingwood Grange has several spacious communal lounges and dining rooms, as well as a number of dedicated quiet areas.
24-hour care and assistance provided for those living with dementia, with a lifestyle profile created to make them feel safe and comfortable.
In addition to person centred care, we provide nursing staff to support residents who require qualified nursing care.
Round the clock care in a safe, comfortable environment for up to six weeks. Perfect for carers who are ill, on holiday or just need a break.
Care for those recovering from surgery or illness, through a combination of rest appropriate exercise and balanced diet.
We provide respectful pro-active care for residents and relatives in their last days of life. We ensure that their physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs are considered and met.
We offer 24-hour personal support to those with a condition that requires frequent specialised, qualified nursing care.
Provides comfortable accommodation, 24-hour personal care and daily activities to stimulate body and mind.
We're always striving to improve our treatments and services so feedback from residents and relatives is very important to us. The results of this help us provide the best care possible.
We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This helps us to identify how we can deliver person-centred care for the people living in Bupa homes.
Our daily activities can be adapted to suit the different abilities of our residents so there is something enjoyable for everyone to do.
We encourage our residents to continue with any favourite hobbies as well as providing them with the opportunity to try out something new. At Collingwood Grange we offer pastimes such as gentle exercise classes, music afternoons and a range of games.
We hold a special monthly themed occasion. This might be based on something seasonal, such as Halloween, or it might be a community and charity day.
Enjoying food is an important part of life and we make mealtimes something to look forward to. Our chef creates a balanced menu of nutritious dishes and ensures that all dietary requirements and preferences are catered for.
We have an open door policy, so you are welcome to pop in to the home at any time. However, we recommend you avoid visiting at main meal times as these can be very busy. If you would like to speak to the home manager when you visit, you can make an appointment by calling us first.
Depending on its size, new residents are welcome to bring furniture to their new room. Many of our residents bring a favourite armchair or pictures and other small belongings to personalise their room.
This depends on availability of rooms in the home, understanding the cost of care and the person moving in receiving a care assessment.Ask us a question
All of our attractively-furnished rooms are en-suite and equipped with a 24-hour call system and smoke alarms, as well as television and telephone points. We encourage our residents to personalise their rooms with photos and ornaments of their own.
There are plenty of places for socialising and entertaining at Collingwood Grange, but also areas where our residents can enjoy some quiet time.

There’s a lot to figure out when it comes to funding. Pop in for a visit and we will be happy to talk it over.
