Everyday activities are important for encouraging healthy bodies and minds so we make sure that there's a variety of events to get involved in.
At Hadley Lawns we try to make our range of activities as varied as possible to give our residents the opportunity to try a new hobby or pastime that they may not have previously considered. We try to make sure there's something fun and interesting to do every day, and our dedicated activity co-ordinator is the person to make that happen. They meet with every resident when they arrive at the home to find out their interests and then use this information to put together a list of suitable activities for them to enjoy.
From flower arranging, crosswords and local walks, if you've got the time then we've got something to fill it with.

How do I arrange a visit?
We have an open door policy, so you are welcome to pop in to the home at any time. However, we recommend you avoid visiting at main meal times as these can be very busy. If you would like to speak to the home manager when you visit, you can make an appointment by calling us first.
Can I bring my own furniture?
Depending on its size, new residents are welcome to bring furniture to their new room. Many of our residents bring a favourite armchair or pictures and other small belongings to personalise their room.
How soon can I move in?
This depends on availability of rooms in the home, understanding the cost of care and the person moving in receiving a care assessment.Ask us a question
Care Home facilities
To help with independence and comfort, all of our 44 bedrooms have their own en-suite facilities and a range of extras designed to make our residents feel as much at home as possible – including remote-controlled TVs, telephone point, 24-hour call system and views onto the gardens.
We clean all of the bedrooms on a daily basis, and there's on on-site laundry where the residents' clothes and linen is washed and ironed.
