You'll find Warrens Hall situated on the site of a century-old farmhouse, surrounded by open fields with beautiful views of the Clent and Malvern Hills. We are just south of Dudley, with a good local bus service.
Inside our home we have two comfortable lounges, both perfect for relaxing, chatting and entertaining guests. The upstairs lounge boasts stunning views, while the downstairs lounge opens out onto the lovely terrace.
We have created a warm, friendly environment where residents can feel completely at home, with 24-hour support and assistance when it's needed. Our focus is on our residents' dignity and quality of life.
Round the clock care in a safe, comfortable environment for up to six weeks. Perfect for carers who are ill, on holiday or just need a break.
We provide respectful pro-active care for residents and relatives in their last days of life. We ensure that their physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs are considered and met.
Care for those recovering from surgery or illness, through a combination of rest appropriate exercise and balanced diet.
We offer 24-hour personal support to those with a condition that requires frequent specialised, qualified nursing care.
We're always striving to improve our treatments and services so feedback from residents and relatives is very important to us. The results of this help us provide the best care possible.
We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This helps us to identify how we can deliver person-centred care for the people living in Bupa homes.
Our dedicated activity co-ordinator aims to find something fun and engaging for all residents to look forward to. Friends and family are welcome to come along and join in at any time.
Every month there's a special seasonal event – such as Mother's Day, Bonfire night or Wimbledon – for residents to look forward to. A mobile hairdresser visits once a week for some on-site pampering and green-fingered residents are welcome to help maintain and nurture the lovely gardens. We also organise regular days out, including day trips to Weston-super-Mare and picnics at Bourton-on-the-Water which are a big hit with residents, families and staff. Residents and their guests also enjoy taking the wheelchair-friendly paths that lead to the duck pond and views of the riding stables at neighbouring Warren's Hall Farm.
We have an open door policy, so you are welcome to pop in to the home at any time. However, we recommend you avoid visiting at main meal times as these can be very busy. If you would like to speak to the home manager when you visit, you can make an appointment by calling us first.
Depending on its size, new residents are welcome to bring furniture to their new room. Many of our residents bring a favourite armchair or pictures and other small belongings to personalise their room.
This depends on availability of rooms in the home, understanding the cost of care and the person moving in receiving a care assessment.Ask us a question
