Life at Waverley Grange
Keeping minds active is something we value highly at our care home. We ensure our residents have something fun and engaging to do every day.
We have an on-site library, cinema and hair salon to keep our residents entertained. There's also a great choice of activities, including crafts, quizzes and games, cooking and painting.
Getting friends and family involved is important to us – that's why we have a room for visitors to stay overnight, as well as an open plan kitchen and private dining room for families to spend time together.
Our stunning landscaped gardens offer great opportunities for our green-fingered residents. There's an allotment where they can grow herbs and vegetables, as well as potting and flower arrangement.

How do I arrange a visit?
We have an open door policy, so you are welcome to pop in to the home at any time. However, we recommend you avoid visiting at main meal times as these can be very busy. If you would like to speak to the home manager when you visit, you can make an appointment by calling us first.
Can I bring my own furniture?
Depending on its size, new residents are welcome to bring furniture to their new room. Many of our residents bring a favourite armchair or pictures and other small belongings to personalise their room.
How soon can I move in?
This depends on availability of rooms in the home, understanding the cost of care and the person moving in receiving a care assessment.Ask us a question
