Directions to the centre
By car from M3 Junction 14
Follow the A33 signposted Southampton City Centre. After crossing Southampton Common continue on A33 until the Jurys Inn Hotel roundabout. Take 3rd exit A3024 and follow the Railway Station signs from this point onwards. The Bupa office is situated on the ground floor of the Overline house building. Parking is available surrounding the train station.
By car from M27 Junction 7
Follow the A334 signposted Southampton City Centre. This road turns into the A3024 to the Jurys Inn Hotel roundabout where the Railway Station signs can be followed as above.
By rail
The nearest railway station is Southampton Central.
By bus
'First' offer a daily network of buses around Southampton City Centre, including the number 4, 10, 8 and 17.
