Directions to the centre

By car from Cornwall
Follow the A38 towards Plymouth. Cross the Tamer Toll Bridge and continue until you reach the Manadon Exit. On the roundabout take the fifth exit for the A386 (Outland Road). Continue following this road. Pass Safeway at the third set of traffic lights and turn left into Peverell Park Road (there is a Co-Op and Post Office on the corner). Follow the road down and we are situated just before the traffic lights.

By car from Exeter
At Junction 31 at Exeter the Motorway turns into the A38. Stay on this road and head South towards Plymouth (approximately 45 mins). Stay on the A38 (The Parkway) until you reach the Manadon Exit. On the roundabout take the second exit for A386 (Outland Road). Continue following this road. Pass Safeway and at the third set of traffic lights turn left into Peverell Park Road (there is a Co-Op and Post Office on the corner). Follow the road down and we are situated just before the traffic lights.

By car from Tavistock
Follow the A386 towards Plymouth. Go over the fly-over at Manadon roundabout and the road turns into the A386 (Outland Road). Continue following this road. Pass Safeway at the third set of traffic lights and turn left into Peverell Park Road (there is a Co-Op and Post Office on the corner). Follow the road down and we are situated just before the traffic lights.

By car from the South Hams
Follow the A379 towards Plymouth. Cross Laira Bridge and take the right turn on to the A374 towards Exeter. At Marsh Mills roundabout take the first exit on to the A38 towards Cornwall. Stay on the A38 (The Parkway) until you reach the Manadon Exit. On the roundabout take the second exit for A386 (Outland Road). Continue following this road. Pass Safeway at the third set of traffic lights and turn left into Peverell Park Road (there is a Co-Op and Post Office on the corner). Follow the road down and we are situated just before the traffic lights.

Parking
Free parking is available on the main street and side streets outside the centre.

By rail
Plymouth Station is situated approximately two miles from the Bupa Health Assessment Centre.
