What’s included in a Bupa health assessment?
Our health assessments give you a clear picture of your overall health, including your diabetes, cancer and heart disease risk. Plus, you get expert advice and a year of support to help with your long-term health goals.
Our full-body checks focus on preventative health and early detection. They include:
- Blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure checks
- A Targeted Cancer Screening (not included in Be.Motivated or remote assessments)
- Time with a Bupa GP or health adviser
- A mental health wellbeing assessment
If you need follow-up care, we can refer you to a specialist or, with your consent, contact your NHS GP.

How does a Bupa health assessment work?
1. Book your assessment
When you’re ready, book a slot online. Or call us on 0345 600 3458^ to find a time that works for you. Lines are open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 8am to 4pm. We may record or monitor our phone calls.
2. Answer a few health questions
Before your appointment, we’ll ask you to complete a health and lifestyle questionnaire in the My Bupa app.
3. Attend your appointment
We’ll take you through the checks included in your assessment.
We’ll then review your results together, and discuss any next steps.
4. Receive your results
After your assessment, you’ll receive a detailed health report in My Bupa.
Most results are ready on the day. Anything we need to send to the lab will follow within two weeks.
5. Continued support for a year
