Our centre is situated at the top of Lisburn road, just a couple of minutes’ walk from Balmoral train station. We also have on site car parking available.
We offer a range of health assessments depending on your personal needs. They will help you understand your health while identifying any future health risks, offering practical ways to become healthier and fitter. We also offer MSK services.

Mammography will be on a later day to the Health Assessment and at a different site in Belfast – you'll be advised how to arrange the appointment for this when you attend for your health assessment.

Specialised assessments
Advanced fitness test
If you’re motivated by your fitness, this test gives you a thorough understanding of your body’s response to exercise. This test provides fitness score – VO2 max (predicted) using anaerobic threshold. This is only done as part of Be.Ahead.

Breast health check
Our breast check involves a clinical examination and doctor consultation for up to 15 minutes. If you’ve booked a mammogram as part of a breast health check, it may be delivered at a different location. Please contact us for more information.

This health check uses a CT scan to calculate your risk of developing coronary artery disease (the main cause of heart attack), and helps identify the main risk factors for heart disease. It offers practical advice about positive lifestyle changes. Please contact us for more information.

Musculoskeletal physician
Our musculoskeletal physicians specialise in diagnosing and treating problems with muscles, bones and joints – with a focus on returning you to full activity, whether sporting or occupational. They are able to treat a wide range of complaints ranging from acute back pain, sprains, muscle tears and sporting injuries to longstanding spinal, joint and muscle issues, including arthritis and spinal damage.
