Delivery

Bupa Home Healthcare has its own nationwide distribution service with validated cold chain. Our male and female drivers are carefully selected, screened and trained to ensure that they are empathetic to patients' needs and meet the standards expected.

Optimum security

The delivery service is discrete, safe and confidential. All our drivers are fully uniformed and carry photographic ID cards to ensure immediate recognition.

Our vans are unmarked, guaranteeing patients maximum confidentiality, we also provide a fully licensed, regular and efficient clinical waste collection (at the point of delivery and subsequent disposal service).

For the convenience of our patients we are able to make deliveries when they are not at home or are unable to answer the door.
