The clinical team contacts Bupa Home Healthcare to discuss the treatment and type of care package required to enable a pricing schedule to be prepared.
Bupa Home Healthcare present a tailored care and pricing proposal to the referring unit and identified payer.
Ensuring that funding is available is an essential part of providing for your patient's care package. You will need to discuss this with your clinical team before contacting Bupa Home Healthcare.
The funding process usually consists of the following steps:
The care package is agreed and confirmed.
Registration process commences on receipt of a completed patient registration form and the care package is initiated.
Following Stage 6, Bupa Home Healthcare provides regular service reviews and feedback during treatment.
Please contact Bupa Home Healthcare to obtain copies of our registration, prescription and ancillary forms. We also have end-of-treatment forms available.
Forms can be completed on screen but due to patient confidentiality they cannot be emailed. Forms must be printed and faxed.
