Our specialist nurses are dedicated to making lives better, putting people right at the heart of everything they do. Our nurses play a crucial role in ensuring patients who are returning to their homes for treatment feel as comfortable and well supported as possible. They can also provide education and training to patients and their families, empowering patients themselves to gain greater independence.

Clinical Support workers Hide

Our service compliments NHS nursing provision and cares for patients (both adults and children) in their own homes. We help our customers design and plan individualised care packages that meet the needs of the patient, their family and the hospital, ensuring patients are seamlessly transferred from hospital to home.

Our Clinical Support Workers support the specialist nurses in delivering clinical care to patients in their homes acting as a key worker for the patient, identifying patient needs and discussing these with the specialist nurses.

Logistics roles Hide

We do not just rely on our nursing staff and clinical support workers to deliver our friendly, caring service. Our drivers are also carefully selected, screened and trained to ensure that they are empathetic to patient needs. We deliberately employ both male and female drivers because we understand the impact it can sometimes have on patients. And for the convenience of patients who require us to make deliveries when they are not at home or are unable to answer the door, we have a process in place to overcome this.

Aseptic manufacturing roles Hide

The advantage of working with Bupa Home Healthcare is that we can manufacture, dispense, deliver and administer the drugs ourselves, as well as supply all of the other associated ancillary products and equipment needed for even the most complex treatments. To ensure the stability and safety of products, we have three in-house aseptic manufacturing facilities. Each unit has multiple clean rooms, a Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Specials Manufacturing License for the aseptic preparation of injectable solutions, and purpose-built laboratories to ensure quality control.
