“Our patients include children with long term ventilation, either evasive or non-evasive therapy, children with life limiting conditions in palliative end of life phase and children with challenging behaviour”.

“The service enables the children to remain in their community, live with their family and go to school, so better outcomes are achieved for children and young adults at home”.

“We have confidence in Bupa and the infrastructure, particularly around governance, staff training and staff management that results in less contact from parents, carers and stakeholders to ourselves”.

“We couldn’t ask for more in terms of Bupa trying to respond in a timely approach in terms of some of the urgent cases we have coming in”.
