NHS West Midlands
Bupa Health Dialog works with NHS West Midlands and Healthcare Commissioning Services to develop innovative, bespoke, predictive cost models and whole population applications of evidence based clinical informatics.

NHS Western Cheshire
The PCT seeks to gain robust analytic insights into its patient population and looks at risk and opportunities on a prospective basis. The PCT commissioned Bupa Health Dialog to perform a pilot feasibility study of implementation and recalibration of predictive modelling and related analytics.
NHS Lambeth
Bupa Health Dialog provides Custom Analytics to NHS Lambeth to support the shift of activity from secondary care to primary and community care settings. This also includes using combined predictive model data for bespoke initial studies on sub-specialty variation in Respiratory Disease, Cardio-Vascular Disease, Dermatology, and Gastroenterology to identify opportunities for the PCT to deliver activity in the community.
NHS Kirklees
NHS Kirklees is working with Bupa Health Dialog, who have delivered a sophisticated risk management toolkit. The toolkit is enabling the PCT and the GPs to gain a much deeper understanding of their whole population with a view to managing patients with long term conditions in particular, as appropriately as possible.

The King's Fund
We collaborated with The King’s Fund and New York University to develop the original PARR1 and PARR2 predictive models which predict the risk of emergency re-admission and created the PARR++ software tool for PCTs. Subsequently we co-developed the Combined Predictive Model which predicts the risk of an emergency admission from the GP, A&E, Inpatient and Outpatient integrated datasets.
