What can I do with my online Bupa account?

You can access all your dental and health cover documents, and health assessment reports, as well as rewards and benefits like Anytime HealthLine and Digital GP. You can’t access cash plans, Bupa On Demand or travel cover through your new online account.

To create a new account go to our sign-in page and select 'Create an account'. We’ll then take you through the process step by step. For extra security, we’ll verify your email address and mobile number. If these details don’t match our records we may ask for additional information such as your membership number. If you’ve already created an account for Be.Me or Bupa Touch you don’t need to create a new account as you’ll be able to use the same email and password to sign in to both.

If you’ve forgotten your sign in email address, click the forgotten your email address link on the login page. You’ll then be able to retrieve the sign in email address after completing some verification steps.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click the forgotten your password link on the sign in page. You’ll then be able to reset your password after completing some recovery verification steps. Once completed you’ll be able to use your new password to sign in.

If you’ve forgotten your memorable number, sign in using your email address and password. On the next page, when asked to enter two random digits of your memorable number, click the forgotten memorable number. You’ll then be able to reset your memorable number after completing some recovery verification steps. Once complete, you’ll be able to use your new memorable number to login.
