About our care homes

By choosing a career with Bupa Care Homes, you’ll see what makes us different from the rest.

We put residents first - not bureaucracy. We put our profits back into our homes and the care of our residents (we’re a not-for-profit organisation and don’t have shareholders). We encourage new ideas and we’re at the forefront of new developments in independent elderly care.

Our homes

Many of our homes provide several types of care, including nursing and residential as well as specialist care for dementia, Parkinson’s and Huntington’s disease and for the young physically disabled. This means each home has it’s own staffing needs, comprising a unique team of specialist staff.

Bupa residential care homes provide accommodation, meals and 24-hour personal care for those who find it difficult to cope at home without help, or who need more help than their carers can provide. They can also offer respite.

Our residential homes employ managers, carers and a range of support staff including activity co-ordinators, chefs and housekeepers.
