Types of Career

There are four main career types in a Bupa care home; carers, nursing, support and management. There are jobs for those with or without care experience and excellent opportunities to learn and progress.

Carers are at heart of what we do: looking after our residents. In our nursing homes they support nursing staff; in our residential or specialist homes they take the lead in resident care. They are hard working, sympathetic and compassionate people with a vocation for care.
