Pinehurst House is a friendly, well equipped home for elderly residents. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of the pleasant village of Seal near Sevenoaks, its location provides easy access to both the Kent countryside and M25.
The care we offer
A range of care is available at Pinehurst House, including nursing and palliative care. With Bupa's highly trained and dedicated nursing staff, Pinehurst House also offers care to physically disabled residents. It also offers care for people who have had a stroke or for those with Parkinson's disease or Progressive Supranuclear Palsy.
The home's passionate chef provides a wide range of balanced, nutritious dishes. Dishes reflect the preferences and dietary requirements of our residents, and the chef visits them on a regular basis to ensure everyone is happy with their choices.
Wine and sherry are served on request and on special occasions. Residents can choose to eat in the home’s elegant dining room or in the privacy of their own bedroom if they prefer. Snacks are available at any time and fresh water is delivered to residents' rooms every day. Delicious home-made cakes are served daily with afternoon tea.

Residents are encouraged to spend their time how they wish. This may be taking part in stimulating group activities or special interest clubs. Or it could mean just spending time with friends in the lounge or gardens. Daily tasks such as helping plant pots in the gardening are also encouraged to help residents stay active and motivated.
There are regular sessions reflecting residents' interests, including showing of classic comedy films, visiting speakers and performers, exercise classes and flower arranging. Pinehurst strongly features in the local community and is well known for its hospitality. The home has links with local schools and charities.
We meet any spiritual needs of our residents. Communion is offered twice a month and we have links to different church denominations to enable us to meet individual religious requirements.
