And because a care home creates employment, has a low traffic impact, and in some cases can be classed as social housing, we’ll consider land that you may not be able to sell for other development purposes.

Site requirements

  • Site area = 1.2 – 1.5 Acres
  • Built footprint approx. 1500m2
  • Located in an affluent residential setting
  • Roadside frontage on a main road
  • Serviced to site boundary
  • Freehold
  • Good transport links
  • Free from contamination
  • Turnkey options considered
  • Site layout and number of beds can be varied to suit individual site requirements
