Specialist staff

Our well-trained care assistants are supervised by home managers and provide 24-hour support based on your individual care plan. Our chefs prepare fresh food daily and will find out your favourite dishes to look after your nutritional requirements. Our dedicated activity co-ordinators will make sure your time is spent enjoying as many of our activities and events as you want.

We have many other experienced staff, looking after all aspects of running our homes – from housekeeping to maintenance, gardening and general upkeep.

We provide specialist training through our award-winning programme ‘Personal Best’. This means that, as well as being highly trained in their jobs, our carers know how to treat you, remembering the little things that are really important.

Individual care

Our person-centred care approach means that you will be respected as an individual and treated with dignity. Because each person's needs are so different, all our residents have a Personal Care Plan that outlines details of their care and recognises their individual preferences and needs. These plans help us tailor the care and support we give.

How much does it cost?

The cost of your care will vary depending on your own care needs, the accommodation you choose and the duration of your stay.

Please talk to us if you want treatments and services not in your care plan, such as hairdressing, physiotherapy, chiropody, or aromatherapy. Each home manager will give you the details, including any additional costs, of extra services available within their home and information about your terms of stay.

You can use our online tool to search for a care home by postcode, town, type of care or for a particular care home by name. You can also find contact details for all our care homes. Call the home manager to arrange a visit and check bed availability.
