Bikram Yoga Hide

Birkham yoga Bikram Yoga is a fun and challenging 26 posture series practised in a heated room. Students of all levels from beginners to advanced practise together, learning to work as deeply as their flexibility and strength allows. Each 90 minute class helps to balance and strengthen every system of your body, while teaching you how to use your breath and increase your concentration and willpower. Be prepared to work hard and sweat.
