While it’s suitable for individuals aged between 18 and 65, it’s designed especially for those under 45, to assess your current health and identify any future health risks.

| A consultation and examination with a Bupa doctor who will answer your key questions. |
| Tests, measures and checks (up to 35 minutes) |
| 17 health measures including blood pressure, pulse and resting electrocardiogram (ECG) measurements, as well as a coronary heart disease risk score. |
| Detailed blood tests for signs of raised cholesterol, gout and liver problems. |
| Urine tests to check for diabetes and kidney problems. |
| Breast examination for women. |
| Testicular examination for men. |
