It’s suitable for individuals aged 65 years and over.
What does the Mature Health Assessment involve?
The mature health assessment is an extensive two hour assessment, including age and gender specific tests. It provides an in-depth profile of your health.
Afterwards you’ll receive a personal health report that will tell you exactly what shape you’re in, details of your potential health risks and advice on diet and lifestyle.

| Electrocardiogram (ECG) and blood pressure tests to monitor your heart and measure your blood pressure responses. |

| Blood in faeces tests to check for bowel cancer. |
| Breast check and awareness instructions for women. |
| Prostate cancer blood tests for men (if requested). |
| Vitamin B12 blood test. |
