If you’re an individual or wish to cover yourself and your children, all levels enable you to claim cashback on some of the healthcare costs you’re most likely to face. These include:

  • 100% cashback towards dental and optical costs up to benefit limits
  • Therapies – physiotherapy, osteopathy, acupuncture, homeopathy, chiropractic
  • Up to 40 nights’ accommodation if you’re admitted to hospital to receive treatment
  • Up to £12,000 personal accident cover# 
  • Bupa health report -  a health check questionnaire that provides a personal health profile report explaining how you could change your lifestyle
