    ^Please note that this is the total amount we will pay for consultations, physiotherapy (and other therapies) and diagnostic tests combined. MRI, CT and PET scans are paid in full when received in a recognised facility.

    Membership is subject to acceptance of your application by Bupa, the rules and benefits of the scheme and any special conditions that may apply. Full details of general terms and conditions are available on request and will be sent to you when you join. Precise terms of cover available will depend on an assessment of your individual circumstances and the level of cover chosen. Cover will end after the first month of membership if subscriptions are not received.
