Fitness Connections is a network of over 1,300 Bupa-approved health and fitness clubs across the UK. Being part of Fitness Connections has benefits for club members, Bupa members and fitness clubs.

Bupa members

Bupa members are entitled to joining, and gain from monthly fee discounts at selected Fitness Connections clubs.

Fitness clubs

Members of the FIA can benefit from significant discounts on Bupa products and the opportunity to reach Bupa's 3.5 million UK members.
