We offer a wide range of health assessments and while each one caters for different needs, all are provided on the principle that early detection of illness can mean easier management of the problem and more successful treatment.

All the health assessments include:

  • a medical history and lifestyle questionnaire
  • a physical examination
  • a consultation with a doctor (or nurse)
  • the opportunity to ask questions and discuss concerns
  • most test results are available on the day
  • a personalised health report usually available on the day
  • an action plan with practical advice to help minimise health risks

Bupa Health Assessments are available from over 45 Wellness centres nationwide, meaning you can choose a location convenient to you.

Our most popular assessment includes a wide range of blood and physiological tests as well as a lengthy consultation with a doctor to provide you with an in-depth profile of your health and wellbeing.

Recommended for well people under 40, with no particular health concerns, this is a general assessment that focuses on how to minimise future health risks through lifestyle changes.

A tailored assessment for women's health issues. It assesses breast and gynaecological health with a cervical smear, blood analysis, a breast examination and mammography.*
