Most test results are available on the day. There will be plenty of time to discuss the results with a Bupa doctor and talk about any specific health concerns. If we detect a problem, we can recommend an immediate course of action, be it expedient private referral or advice on the best next steps.

This assessment of common health risks includes tests on key health indicators. Tests include blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose and a lifestyle consultation with a Bupa health adviser.

Our most extensive assessment combines both health and fitness tests and consultations. It includes an in-depth profile of an employee’s health and a cardiorespiratory exercise test, designed to evaluate their fitness.
