^The subscription rates quoted are equivalent weekly rates based on a monthly subscription. All subscriptions are inclusive of insurance premium tax and are correct as of 18/03/2009. Bupa reserves the right with 60 days written notice to vary subscriptions. We can alter your subscriptions at any time if there is a change in the rate of IPT or any other tax, government or statutory charge relating to your cover under your scheme, or if any new charges or taxes of this nature are introduced. If there are such changes we will write to you at least 28 days before the change.
2Dependant children are covered at no extra cost up to aged 21or 24 if in full-time education, resident at the same address, unmarried and not in a civil partnership.
