The workshop addresses workplace bullying and harassment by increasing people’s knowledge of what it constitutes and providing them with practical ways to combat unacceptable behaviour.
On the course, participants will learn:
- what constitutes bullying and harassment in the workplace
- why combating bullying in the workplace is important
- the bullied and the bully
- methods of combating bulling and harassment in the workplace
- skills required to manage bullying and harassment effectively
- support systems
- skill practice and role play

Suitability
The ideal group size is 8-15 but the workshop can be adapted for groups of any size.
