Questions about choosing Bupa health cash plan schemes

What's the difference between a Bupa health cash plan and a health insurance scheme? Hide

Bupa Cash Plan and Bupa Cash Plan Fundamentals pay cash back to help with everyday health care costs such as optical or dental costs. Health insurance pays for, or towards the cost of, eligible private medical treatment, ranging from basic medical cover for eligible in-patient and surgical treatment to more extensive cover.

Bupa Patient Cash offers some of the usual benefits associated with health insurance (for example, the Consultation benefit) in the form of a low-cost cash plan. It has been designed to help people get prompt access to diagnosis and treatment for symptoms of illness.

We already offer Bupa health insurance to our employees. Is it worth offering a Bupa cash plan as well? Hide

Yes. Bupa health cash plans offer cash back towards a variety of everyday health care costs that might not be covered under traditional health insurance schemes.

If you’re looking for ways to complement an existing employee health insurance scheme, Bupa Additional Health could be just what you’re looking for. Call 0500 000 125* and quote 3303 to find out more.
